All of our items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or customs delays.

We recommend placing orders early during busy periods to avoid potential delays.

Please allow extra time for delivery if you're located in remote or rural areas.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivering it. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it.

If your package is stolen after delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please check at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and payment will be required upon delivery.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. You can track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we offer an easy returns and exchanges process.

Returns

You can return items within 28 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 28 days of receipt.

We’ll send you instructions on how to return the original item and ship out the exchange item. The exchange is free of charge, except for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

We will provide a return label for the item and arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
